Ropes Courses and Zip Lines – Adventures in Jackson Hole

Ropes Courses and Zip Lines in Jackson Hole

Jackson Hole is the place for adventures of all sorts, including their ropes courses and zip lines! Whether you want to take a stroll 20 feet in the air, or challenge yourself on swinging bridges, this is a great activity for both kids and adults. These unique parks are suspended above the ground, and you can try out all levels of challenges while safely strapped into a harness. It makes for a great time with family and friends!

Jackson Hole has two venues that offer this activity: Jackson Hotel Mountain Resort and Snow King Mountain Resort.

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort’s The Ropes takes about an hour to make a few laps. Kids as young as 5 will love this unique opportunity to walk on air, suspended 25 feet above the ground! For your comfort, the Resort recommends that you wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing so you can move around freely. No prior experience is required; just be sure to bring your love for excitement!

Ropes Courses and Zip Lines in Jackson Hole

Snow King Mountain Resort’s Treetop Adventure offers ropes courses and zip lines right in Jackson Hole! They have two rope courses: one for adults and the flying squirrel course for kids. The adult course includes obstacles like swinging logs, climbing nets, wobbly bridges and 13 zip lines. It ranges from 12 to 80 feet above ground. The flying squirrel course rises 6 to 10 feet above the ground. It includes its own swinging bridges, nets, zip lines and a climbing wall. The private mountain guides are another great feature of Snow King Resort’s rope course. Their guides can “show you the ropes” and guide you through the course, fitting the course difficulty to your comfort level.
